Apple has upgraded Siri to feature automatic chat deletion functionality

“If this approach works, Apple will have a new selling point on the privacy front — and a potential excuse if its software doesn’t work as smoothly as competing technology,” Gorman added.

Aside from the privacy issue, the report pointed to another noteworthy Siri feature, which allows users to choose whether the app will open to display a grid of previous conversations or a new chat on each launch of the app.
