Dynamic Works has appointed Rami Abu Zeid as Regional Director for the GCC region as part of its expansion into the Middle East. The company develops Syntellicore, a brokerage technology ecosystem used by Forex and CFD brokers to support client management and trading operations.

Abu Zaid brings experience from Retail trade Industry, having previously held senior positions at ATFX, Alpari and Axi. His background extends to commercial strategy and operational execution in the brokerage business.

The former New Zealand Prime Minister will chair Airwallex’s New Zealand board
In the fintech space, Airwallex has appointed former New Zealand Prime Minister and Finance Minister Sir Bill English as Chairman of its New Zealand Board of Directors. The fintech entered the New Zealand market in 2023 and now supports more than 1,000 local businesses, handling approximately NZ$2.4 billion in annual payments flows with annual growth of 240%.
English joins as an independent director, with experience in economic policy and international trade. He said Airwallex played an important role in helping New Zealand exporters and technology companies operate on a global scale.

Spotware, Xoala alum Andrew Mreana joins VIP360
Payments and fintech specialist Andrew Mariana, who recently led growth at London-based neobank Xoala, has joined VIP360 Payments as head of commercial growth. In this role, he is responsible for driving business expansion across banking, payments and global business operations.
Its mission is to help companies manage Payments By working with the right partners and financial structures. Mariana described the goal of this role as unlocking “real value” for merchants in how they organize their banking and payments operations.

Former Head of Financial Control at AxiCorp joins Taurex
Also this week, Robbie Ensor took over as CFO at Taurex. His appointment follows the broker’s recent move to reappoint Matthew Wright as a non-executive director, nearly three years after Wright left Exinity and having previously served on the board during Zenfinex’s phase in a non-executive capacity.
Ensor joins Taurex after more than three and a half years at loveholidays, where he most recently served as Group Financial Controller for over two years, after just over a year as Head of Financial Reporting and Control.

CMC Markets appoints Emma Erb to the Board of Directors
Finally, CMC Markets has appointed Emma Erb, banking and finance partner at law firm Foot Anstey LLP, as a non-executive director of the London-listed online trading company. The appointment will take effect on April 1, 2026.
Erb will also join the Audit, Nominations, Remuneration and Risk Committees when she assumes this position. This gives her broad oversight across CMC Markets’ governance and board committees from the outset.
