  • Zama becomes Default security layer For T-REX Ledger
  • Built-in privacy, compliance, and interoperability Public blockchain infrastructure
  • Confidential settlement supported by FHE Enable secure enterprise adoption at scale

T-Rex network,Multi-threaded RWA orchestration layer supported by Apex Groupwhich serves $3.5 trillion in assets, has partnered with… He comes outthe leader in fully symmetric encryption (FHE), to integrate native secrecy into the T-REX ledger. This collaboration represents a pivotal step in bringing regulated financial markets on-chain by combining Zama’s crypto expertise with the ERC-3643 standard, which currently secures $32 billion in token assets. This initiative is further strengthened by Apex Group’s recent commitment to adopt T-REX Ledger as its virtual infrastructure, with the goal of reaching $100 billion in token assets by June 2027.

The missing layer for enterprise blockchain adoption

Decentralized blockchains are public by design. Every transaction, balance and position is permanently visible to anyone. For regulated financial markets, this is a fundamental deal breaker. For many years, financial institutions have responded by building private chains, seeking control and confidentiality that public infrastructure cannot provide. In doing so, they created new silos, sacrificed interoperability, and ultimately gained little of the efficiency promised by blockchain technology.

Institutions cannot risk exposing sensitive investor data, portfolio positions, and trading strategies to the public ledger. However, without access to public blockchain infrastructure, the promised efficiency and interoperability of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) remains elusive. Now with confidentiality and direct control at the token level, they can finally use interoperable public ledgers without sacrificing compliance and security. A crucial step for these institutions to expand the scope of RWAs.

Confidentiality, compliance and interoperability, built into the same infrastructure

T-REX Ledger is a Layer 2 neutral blockchain for compatible and interoperable digital securities, serving as a single source of truth across a multi-chain environment. Designed to serve tokens issued under the ERC-3643 standard, it unifies identity and compliance into a single, interoperable infrastructure designed to connect to major public blockchains.

Through this partnership, Zama will provide the native secrecy layer for the T-REX Ledger using FHE, an encryption solution that allows smart contracts to compute without having to decrypt data. This enables financial institutions to issue, manage and trade digital assets on the upcoming T-REX public blockchains while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data, with the same discretion expected from traditional financial systems.

Born within a working group of the ERC3643 Association, this collaboration addresses one of the most important barriers to institutional blockchain adoption: enabling the efficiency of public infrastructure while maintaining the confidentiality required by regulated financial markets. Integrating Zama’s FHE protocol into the T-REX Ledger creates a scalable, compliant, and privacy-preserving foundation for institutional finance to operate on-chain.

Building a confidential Onchain finance standard

“The T-REX Ledger is designed to be a trusted, multi-chain orchestration layer for institutional RWAs, but trust also means privacy,” he said. Joachim Lebrun, co-founder of the T-REX network and lead author of the ERC-3643 standard. “Integrating Zama’s FHE protocol directly into the T-REX Ledger means organizations can finally operate fully on-chain without exposing their confidential data to the world. This is the missing piece to unlocking true enterprise scale.”

“Our goal is to make Zama the confidentiality layer for public blockchains, enabling institutions and investors to operate on-chain with the same level of privacy they would expect off-chain,” he said. Dr. Rand Hindi, Co-Founder and CEO of Zama. “This collaboration with the T-REX Network demonstrates that confidentiality is not an optional feature of institutional blockchain adoption – it is essential infrastructure. Together, we are enabling digital asset markets to scale securely, efficiently and with trust.”

Institutional secrecy as shared infrastructure

By integrating the FHE secrecy layer directly into the T-REX Ledger, the T-REX Network and Zama are establishing privacy as a core enterprise cryptographic infrastructure, rather than a standalone feature. This common foundation enables regulated institutions to participate in public blockchain ecosystems without compromising operational security or market integrity.

The partnership represents a major step towards widespread enterprise adoption of real-world tokenized assets, as compliance, interoperability and confidentiality are built into the infrastructure from the beginning.

About T-REX Network

T-Rex network It is the largest RWA-compatible token ecosystem built on the ERC-3643 standard, with over $32 billion in tokenized assets. Born out of years of industry collaboration, T-REX exists to solve the fundamental challenge of scaling tokenization across blockchains without violating compliance. Through the T-REX Ledger, a reference layer for cross-chain compliance, and the T-REX AppStore, which connects ERC-3643 assets to natively compliant applications, the T-REX network enables regulated assets to go wherever liquidity exists with speed, confidence, and control. Its mission is to transform the token from isolated pilots into a connected, compatible open finance system that finally operates on a global scale.

About Zama

He comes out is a crypto company that builds state-of-the-art Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solutions for blockchain. Its protocol enables confidentiality in public blockchains, allowing digital assets to be issued, managed and traded privately across the chain. Founded by FHE pioneer Dr. Pascal Pellet and entrepreneur Dr. Rand Hindi, Zama brings together one of the world’s largest teams of researchers and engineers at FHE and supports the global ecosystem of developers building confidential applications.
