Less than 50% of XRPL nodes switched to Ripple xrpld v3.2.0

The update also improves security, developer tools, and network efficiency, building on bug fixes and improvements to allowed scopes and vaults introduced in the v3.1.3 maintenance release.

The accompanying XRPL modification, FixCleanup3_2_0, is the most time-sensitive management item. According to the report, it collected only 17 votes out of the 35 needed to ratify UNL, i.e. 48.57% of support against the threshold of 80% (28 votes) needed for activation.
