StratospherePudgy Penguins and Streamex hosted a private party VIP dinner at the founders’ table In New York City during ETHConf 2026 and New York City Technology Week, bringing together leaders in digital assets, technology, artificial intelligence, traditional finance and institutional capital.
Held on June 9, the invitation-only dinner brought together a curated room of founders, operators, funds, C-level executives and institutional leaders for an intimate evening of dinner and conversation.

The founders’ schedule format is intentionally simple: a set guest list, a private room, and no theater agenda. The goal is to bring the right people together in an environment where conversations can happen naturally.
The dinner was hosted by Stratosphere with Pudgy Penguins and Streamex. Stratosphere brought its network across founders, operators, investors and institutional teams. Following previous editions during the Digital Assets and Consensus Summit, the New York Dinner continued the same theme: high-quality rooms, select attendees, and conversations that would be difficult to recreate in a conference room.
